I moved from Northern Ireland to the wild and beautiful Donegal Gaeltacht over twenty years ago. Here I make art, run workshops and teach meditation.
I have been an independent workshop leader for twenty years in the fields of conflict resolution and community arts. I've been teaching mindfulness meditation for ten years. The meditations I teach are from the Theravadan Buddhist tradition, in which I have experienced over 20,000 hours on a silent retreat. My daily meditation practice is the most important thing in my life. From the stability and peace, it creates all else flows.
